So who is this Jonny Lang bloke anyway?

My career began in graphic design and branding as a designer at Enterprise IG, the largest branding agency within the WPP Group. I soon gained a positive reputation for my innovative lateral thinking and became creative director  there. I then formed my own video production company, Real Spirit, in 2001 which focused (often literally) on self-filming and editing world class video for some of the world's biggest brands including Shell, Disney, BBC, British Airways, GSK and many many more. In the mid 2000s, I created Eager Beaver Productions solely to produce comedy content in parallel to my corporate work and gained a loyal YouTube following for my mash-up based skits and animated parodies. One such parody, 'Breaking Bad Mr. Men' (find it on YouTube) was shortlisted for a British Comedy Award and was even endorsed online by Jesse Pinkman himself, Aaron Paul. I wrote and produced comedy content for various TV shows including Adam Buxton's Bug and Rude Tube along with the development of various BBC pilots. Jonny Lang Studios is a move towards mainly animated comms and comedy based advertising, building on my diverse 30+ years experience. From world class branding and comms to video production as a director/producer and writer and later as comedy creator, writer and performer and then animator and voice actor. I am passionate about connecting to customers and colleagues on a human level devoid of soulless AI nonsense and ultimately my goal is to simultaneously make people laugh whilst providing clients with hugely effective advertising, comms and marketing content. In my spare time, I restore (and generally worship) classic American cars and hiring out my cars has allowed me to drive them and act alongside them in some big Hollywood movies including Fantastic 4: First Steps and Indiana Jones 5. I am also a keen songwriter and self-produce my own alt-rock/post punk style music under the pseudonym Dog Machine (available on Bandcamp). In summary, I'm a passionate creative who will continue to push boundaries and will always try to over-deliver for my clients.
